Events and activities

We host activities at our Hub in Ruthin and run outreach events across the county

The Dementia Aware Denbighshire Network was launched on 22 May 2019 at Eirianfa Community Centre, Denbigh

The Network is open and inclusive to all stakeholders interested in building a movement for change in Denbighshire

You do not need to be a member or partner of DVSC to take part and get your voice heard, but we would love it if you would join us

It meets 3 times a year in community based venues throughout Denbighshire

  • Book your place to attend the next meeting on 30th January at St Collen's Community Hall in Llangollen here

This includes:

  • Business Breakfasts to raise awareness throughout the County in partnership with the Federation of Small Business and Mingle for Business. Book here

  • Dementia Friends Awareness sessions throughout Denbighshire to raise awareness and encourage more people to become Dementia Friends and Dementia Aware Volunteers

  • Join us for the launch of the full report of our Community Mapping exercise in partnership with Life Story Network in a co-production Denbighshire Community Café Style – Dementia Aware Event on Tuesday 30 July at the Naylor Leyland Centre, Ruthin.
