We host activities at our Hub in Ruthin and run outreach events across the county
DEMENTIA AWARE DENBIGHSHIRE COMMUNITY LED NETWORK
The Dementia Aware Denbighshire Network was launched on 22 May 2019 at Eirianfa Community Centre, Denbigh
The Network is open and inclusive to all stakeholders interested in building a movement for change in Denbighshire
You do not need to be a member or partner of DVSC to take part and get your voice heard, but we would love it if you would join us
It meets 3 times a year in community based venues throughout Denbighshire

As part of the Dementia Aware Community Led Programme, we are hosting and coordinating a wide range of activities including outreach events, workshops, network meetings and training sessions.

Business Breakfasts to raise awareness throughout the County in partnership with the Federation of Small Business and Mingle for Business. Book here

Dementia Friends Awareness sessions throughout Denbighshire to raise awareness and encourage more people to become Dementia Friends and Dementia Aware Volunteers

OPEN DOORS
Open Doors is an inclusive volunteer led community space to develop skills and meet new people hosted by DVSC at our wellbeing hub in Ruthin
It is volunteer led, community driven and our doors are open to all
Regulars to Open Doors have all had Dementia Friends awareness sessions and as a result we hope this is a #DementiaAware space
